Library Polices

CTIT Library services will encourage users, wherever located, to explore an integrated, comprehensive collection of both bibliographic and full-text information, identify what is needed, and obtain access to it by the most cost-effective means.  Library staff will provide leadership in information resources through cooperation with teaching faculty, direct instruction, and personal assistance.
