Library Circulation policy

The library circulation policy is designed to support the CTIT library mission by insuring that library materials are properly accounted for and are available to members of the college community and other library users on an equitable basis. The Circulation Sections of the CTIT libraries implement the circulation policy by performing the following major activities: 

• Membership registration.
• Short-term and long-term borrowing services.
• Spot reading facilities and services.
• Renewal and reservation services.
• Photocopy and scanning services.
• Internet and database search services.
• Interlibrary loan services.
• Shelf reading.
